Introduction
Metrobus, a key public transport provider within the City of Johannesburg, is once again opening opportunities under the Expanded Public Works Programme (EPWP). Minimum Requirements
To qualify, applicants must meet the following essential requirements:
- Education:
- Minimum of Grade 12 (Matric).
- A post-matric qualification (certificate, diploma, or degree) will be considered an added advantage.
- Age and Citizenship:
- Must be between the ages of 18 and 50 years old.
- Must be a South African citizen residing in the City of Johannesburg Municipality.
- A recent proof of address must be submitted with the application.
- Employment Status:
- Only unemployed individuals will be considered.
Employment Equity and Preference
Metrobus upholds the principles of Employment Equity and Affirmative Action in its recruitment process. Therefore, preference will be given to applicants from designated groups, including:

Key Responsibilities of Team Leaders

- Report progress, challenges, and incidents to depot management.
